Processing Time

Proof Approval Policy
• For items requiring approval, we’ll email you a digital proof.
• Please review and confirm within 48 hours.
• If no response is received within 48 hours, the proof will be deemed approved as shown, and your order will be printed and shipped accordingly.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Non-Returnable Items (Custom Orders)
• Custom and personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Once produced, materials cannot be reused, so all custom orders are final sale.

Quality Issues and Defects
• If your item arrives with a defect, damage, or a printing/engraving error, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
   • Your order number
   • Photos of the item and packaging
   • A brief description of the issue

Shipping Damage
• If your order was damaged in transit, keep all packaging and take photos. We’ll file a claim and send a replacement or refund.

Missing or Misdelivered Package Policy
• If your package is missing or marked delivered but not found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Before reaching out, please check with neighbors/building management, verify your shipping address, and look around common drop-off spots. We’ll investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed missing or misdelivered, we’ll send a replacement

Order Changes/Cancellations
• Changes or cancellations for custom orders are only possible before production begins. Once in production, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

Return Shipping
• Do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
• If a return is approved for a non-custom item, the item must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error.

Processing Time
• Replacements are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after approval.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.
